About Me

With close to 30 years of experience in the travel industry, Mauro Di Re is a recognized expert in corporate travel procurement, contact center operations, and customer experience strategy. His career spans both the Canadian, USA, and Caribbean markets, with a strong focus on Travel RFPs, RFI’s , Travel program audit/compliance and optimization, TMC selection,  operational leadership, and delivering value-driven travel solutions.

Mauro’s career began and evolved at Aimia ( Aeroplan ), where he spent 15 years leading major initiatives for some of Canada’s most recognized travel loyalty brands. During this time, he was instrumental in the development and management of high-profile programs such as Aeroplan, BMO World Elite, TD Infinite Travel Visa, CIBC Aventura, MBNA Choice Rewards, MyHusky Rewards, and National Bank’s Recompense program. Mauro has worked with several major clients in the Corporate Travel space and has identified key savings and ROIs for all of his clients. 

He later brought his expertise to the Caribbean, where he led contact center operations for the Sandals Resorts Group and oversaw service delivery across the Eastern Caribbean. Mauro is known for driving operational efficiency, transforming customer experience models, and mentoring emerging leaders in sales and service delivery environments.

A results-driven professional, Mauro takes pride in aligning travel procurement and loyalty strategy with broader business goals. He brings clarity, structure, and a people-first mindset to every project, always focused on empowering teams and achieving meaningful outcomes.

Outside of work, Mauro is a devoted father of three, an avid traveler, and a passionate sports fan. He believes in keeping people at the heart of everything he does—both in business and in life.
